About Us
Peel Haus is the first and only aesthetic and plastic surgery center located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC; the central hub for political power and decision-making in the United States. We offer premium medical-grade skincare services, chemical peels, wrinkle-relaxers, soft-tissue fillers, facial rejuvenation, and cosmetic plastic surgery.
The principal difference of Peel Haus Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is that it provides its skincare professionals, nurse practitioners, and physicians a state-of-the-art space to practice their specialties and provides our patients with a variety of services and specialties. The concept was formed over light conservation between friends in the summer of 2021. Two entrepreneurial spirits who collectively have over 25 years of experience working in the medical aesthetic industry that dared to do something innovative. Sonya Lowery and Wendy Pittman have solved some of the industry’s most significant and challenging issues, creating a space that utilizes both aesthetics and medical services while curating a team of medical aesthetic professionals committed to high standards of treatment and service. In the spring of 2022 Sorelle Jones joined the team to make this a dynamic powerhouse of women entrepreneurs. Through this union they will provide excellence in the delivery of compassionate care to their patients and the neighboring community. The elite team of skincare professionals, nurse practitioners and physicians provide a wealth of knowledge in aesthetic services all without disrupting the natural integrity of one’s appearance. These 3 Washington, DC area natives have honed their skills and answered the call, vowing to bring energy and clear skin back to the faces of the community in which they live.

Our team of providers comprises of 2 plastic surgeons – a nurse practitioner and a master medical esthetician, all of whom are rigorously trained in the latest techniques and treatment protocols of aesthetic care. CO-FOUNDERS
SORELLE COOPER, FNP-BC
President & CEO
Sorelle Cooper is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 19 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a B.A. and a B.S. with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Johns Hopkins University. Her vast professional skill set has afforded her opportunities to care for patients both across the U.S. and internationally.
Formerly a primary care provider, Sorelle has spent years cultivating her knowledge and feeding her passion for all things medical aesthetics. She specializes in dozens of injection techniques to enhance and restore the features of the face and body. She has worked in dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetics practices in the DC/MD/VA Metro area and specializes in delivering spectacularly natural-looking results. She believes that finding pleasure in one’s own appearance can positively impact confidence, and thus, the greater life experience.
She enjoys educating others about aesthetics and had the honor to participate in and produce several panel discussions regarding this rapidly growing field. She also has the distinction of being a DermCare Team Member of the American Academy of Dermatology and an aesthetic consultant to Rabito Clinic, the largest provider of dermatology services in Ghana, West Africa.
WENDY PITTMAN
Vice President of Business Development
Wendy Pittman has been a transformative leader in medical aesthetics for over two decades, building a distinguished career at the intersection of innovation, business growth, and patient care excellence. With deep expertise in business development and a sharp eye for emerging markets, Wendy has played pivotal roles in bringing iconic treatments to market, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, Allergan® Medical’s Hylacross® and Vycross® soft tissue filler technologies, Latisse®, and Kybella®.
Her proven success in the industry propelled her into senior leadership roles, where she directed sales operations across multiple states at organizations such as Evolus, Vitality Institute, and Venus Concept. Wendy’s leadership consistently drove revenue growth, expanded brand presence, and cultivated teams known for understanding customer needs and delivering results.
As a former stakeholder at the Vitality Institute, Wendy was instrumental in shaping national business development initiatives, spearheading corporate strategy, and building influential partnerships with key opinion leaders. She also proudly founded The Brown Skin Agenda, a groundbreaking, physician-led initiative that advances treatment protocols and skincare solutions for skin of color, enhancing awareness and practitioner education nationwide.
Wendy is currently an executive board member of the Capitol Hill Business Improvement District (BID), where she leverages her business acumen and passion for community development to advocate for small businesses and drive initiatives that enrich Washington, DC’s vibrant Capitol Hill corridor.
She attributes her drive for excellence to collaborative relationships with industry leaders who share her vision for advancing evidence-based practices and innovative strategies that set new standards in patient care.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
SONYA LOWERY-YOUNG, LE
Chief Brand Officer
Sonya Lowery-Young is a licensed Medical Aesthetician in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, with a clinical focus on skin-of-color and aging skin. As the visionary behind Peel Haus, she helped bring to life a shared vision for a welcoming, inclusive space that blends clinical expertise with cutting-edge aesthetic medicine. Alongside her partners, Sonya helped develop many of the practice’s signature combination therapies—like GloTox—that pair injectables, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments for results that are both natural-looking and transformative.
Sonya began her aesthetics career under the mentorship of one of the nation’s leading dermatologists, where she developed a deep foundation in clinical skincare and corrective treatments. Today, she’s known for her skill in treating hyperpigmentation, melasma, sun damage, acne, and age-related skin changes, with a special emphasis on restoring confidence in every client she sees. Her go-to modalities include HydraFacial, IPL, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, and ClearLift laser—combined with tailored skincare routines that support long-term skin health.
She is certified by both the Aveda Institute and The Esthetic Institute of Virginia and brings experience in beauty, wellness, and media to her practice. Sonya has been nationally recognized in Upscale Magazine, The Network Journal (as a 40 Under 40 honoree), and on the cover of Heart & Soul Magazine. Her global perspective and passion for inclusive beauty continue to guide the Peel Haus philosophy: expert-driven care, personalized results, and a space where every client feels seen.

Vikisha Fripp, MD, FACS
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Vikisha Fripp, MD is a Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and Women’s Health Advocate. She is a natural leader and has been recognized as such throughout her life. Dr. Fripp graduated from Fisk University and Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She then completed her General Surgery training at Howard University Hospital and completed her Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at the prestigious Cornell University- New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Fripp practices in Capitol Hill DC at Peel Haus Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. Dr. Fripp practices at Peel Haus Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. Her primary surgical interests are body contouring, non-surgical treatment for the face, eyes and neck including neuromuscular modulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau), dermal fillers, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and medical grade and anti-aging skin care. She establishes a relationship with each patient forming a partnership to achieve the patient’s goals. Outside of medicine, Dr. Fripp is a member of the class of 2013 Leadership Greater Washington and supports several organizations that share her passion for children, literacy and health promotion. She is also an active, Silver Star member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Dr. Fripp lives in the Shepherd Park suburb of Washington, DC with her beautiful, dynamic, outgoing teenage daughter and awesome, intelligent, athletic twin sons. She is an avid runner having run both domestically and internationally completing 3 full marathons and numerous half marathons. She is the author of “The Other Side of Happy” about her journey to being one of a few African American female Plastic Surgeons in the country and how she found happiness outside of her career. She enjoys reading nonfiction, mystery and world history, outdoor activities with her children and traveling the world. She looks forward to seeing you in the office soon.
GEORGINA EVA
Director of Operations
Georgina Eva is a highly experienced professional in the field of esthetics, with over 40 years of expertise. Originally from the UK, she embarked on her career as an aesthetician and quickly established herself as a skilled therapist. Georgina’s dedication to her craft led her to graduate with honors from the Park School of Beauty Therapy, where she also earned CIDESCO and ITEC diplomas, recognized as some of the world’s most prestigious international beauty therapy qualifications.
After honing her skills in the UK, Georgina decided to explore new opportunities and moved to Bermuda. There, she worked as an aesthetician and aesthetic operations manager for BerSalon, a prominent Health Spa with multiple locations in Bermuda, for a period of five years. Her tenure in Bermuda allowed her to gain invaluable experience and expand her knowledge in the field.
Seeking new challenges, Georgina relocated to the United States and ventured into the realm of cosmetic dermatology. Her passion for esthetics, combined with her extensive expertise, made her a valuable asset in the field. With a deep understanding of the intricacies of cosmetic dermatology, Georgina’s contributions have been significant in helping clients and patients achieve their desired aesthetic goals.
Today, Georgina’s journey in the esthetic world has again reached a new point as she now joins Peel Haus Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery as the Director of Operations. In this role, she brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to help lead the operations at Peel Haus, ensuring the highest standards of quality care and client satisfaction.
Georgina’s impressive career trajectory, coupled with her unwavering commitment to the field of esthetics, makes her an invaluable asset to Peel Haus Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery. Her expertise and leadership are instrumental in creating a nurturing and transformative environment for our clients and patients seeking the best aesthetic outcomes
KELLY RHEEL
Medical Aesthetician
Kelly began her career in aesthetics in 2008 under the tutelage of one of the country’s most prominent dermatologists. From there, she pursued many facets of the field but ultimately found the results she was able to deliver to her clients with advanced devices brought her the most satisfaction. In 2016, Kelly opened Flash Lab Skin & Laser in New York City. Over 9 years, she grew her business from a boutique style center for permanent hair removal into a full service medical spa, offering clinical programs for complete facial rejuvenation as well as body contouring and tightening. Flash Lab was recognized as one of NYC’s premier destinations for skin health in multiple publications including Elle, Shape, Men’s Journal and more. As a sought-after educator, Kelly also trains other aestheticians, nurses and doctors on some of the industry’s leading technologies like Candela and Horizon lasers, Pixel 8 RF Microneedling and the Jet Peel. Kelly eventually realized however, that working as a solo entrepreneur would only get her so far. In 2025, looking to expand her scope of practice and always eager to learn more, Kelly jumped at the opportunity to join Peel Haus, where she would be working side-by-side with other seasoned estheticians as well as injectors and surgeons. While she has fond memories of Flash Lab, Kelly couldn’t be happier to call Capitol Hill her new home!
FRANCIS DENT
Senior Surgical Coordinator
Francis Dent is the Senior Surgical Coordinator and Aesthetician at Peel Haus Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery with an impressive 30 years of experience in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetics.
Throughout his career, Francis has worked closely with renowned plastic surgeons, assisting them in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth and efficient surgical processes. His vast experience in the field has equipped him with a deep understanding of various surgical techniques and procedures.
Francis is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to effectively communicate with patients, addressing their concerns and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their procedures. He is dedicated to ensuring that each patient receives personalized care and support throughout their surgical journey.
In addition, Francis is a highly skilled aesthetician who specializes in treating all skin tones, addressing issues such as dark marks, fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, rough texture, hyperpigmentation, moles, and more. With his extensive experience and dedication to excellence, Francis Dent significantly contributes to the field of aesthetics and plastic surgery, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality care and achieves their desired results.
JUAN CEBALLOS
Senior Sales Consultant
Juan Ceballos is the Sales Consultant at Peel Haus Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery. Juan has over 5 years of experience in the Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery field focusing on customer service and sales strategy. His knowledge of medical grade skin care products and procedures ensures quality and transparency during the patient’s initial consultation.
Previously focused on the mental health and management fields, Juan understands the importance of creating a safe and open environment for all patients no matter their concerns and expectations. He enjoys working directly with the patients to guarantee a successful experience at Peel Haus, thus enforcing our all inclusive philosophy.

Office Policies
Booking
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be used towards your treatment.
Late Arrival
As a courtesy to others, please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early. Because we’re on a strict schedule, patients more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations
We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. Please be courteous and reschedule or cancel for a full refund at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date. Any cancellations made after this period is subject to a penalty of your $50 deposit.
Payments
All balances of payments must be made in full at the time of your treatment. If payments are not made, an additional $50 will be charged to your bill weekly and your account may go to collections.
