At Peel Haus Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery, we strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or service. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

2. Notification Method

Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. Please provide your name, appointment details, and a reason for cancellation.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full deposit amount collected. The deposit amount varies based on the service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. For certain procedures requiring higher deposits, the policy will be explained in detail when booking.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full deposit amount collected. In cases where no deposit was required, a no-show fee may apply, depending on the service booked.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited unless due to an emergency (see Exceptions).

6. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have an unexpected situation, such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen event, please contact us as soon as possible at 202-891-4287. We may request documentation to assess whether an exception can be made.

7. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. Fees paid upfront for services beyond the deposit will be refunded in full for timely cancellations. For late cancellations or no-shows, no refunds will be provided.

8. First-Time Clients

First-time clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined above.

9. Policy Applicability

This cancellation policy applies to all services, including consultations, skincare treatments, and surgical procedures. For surgical appointments requiring higher deposits, specific details will be provided at the time of booking.

10. Communication Acknowledgment

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation or rescheduling request within one business day. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us to ensure your request has been processed.

11. Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy.
